Andy came as arranged to trim a plastic roof on my catio. His assistant took the roof off to trim it and unbeknown to me he broke it. His assistant put the trimmed “cracked” roof back on the catio back to front hoping I wouldn’t notice the cracks but it leaked so badly my cat couldn’t use it. Andy replaced the roof but it also leaked very badly. Andy promised he would come back to fix it but I haven’t seen or heard from him since. I’ve had to have the roof replaced again at great extra cost to me, but this time it was done properly by a lovely builder called Cristian. Sorry Andy but you are expensive, unreliable and your workmanship is awful.

Booked Andy to do a few job in my home. Never showed up the first time and I had come home early from work to meet him. Said he would come the next day no show again then blocked my mobile phone number on his phone. I know this as my wife tried to call him and went through fine. So unprofessional I would avoid the not so handy Andy at all costs!

Terrible service. Needed multiple reminders, didn’t show on at least one occasion. Took money on a guarantee he’d be back to complete job but stopped replying to messages - despite passing our property multiple times a day. Poor workmanship, didn’t so much as hoover up dust from drilling but was very keen to tell us about a fancy mansion he was currently working at. I guess we weren’t important enough for him to do a good job. Avoid.

Don’t bother with this bloke. Bizarrely seems to lead people along the garden path, saying he’s booked them in and will be round…..doesn’t rock up. After visiting the house and quoting us as well as giving us dates…We almost ordered £1000 worth of Oak Doors . We would have been left with them laying all round the house waiting to be fitted. Didn’t show up for final measurements, even after confirming via email only the day before. Maybe he’s found a pioneering new business method where if he just replies to emails, the work magically does itself. He would be more HANDY if he’d do something else for a living.

Arranged some work to be done week commencing 13.09.22 approx 4 days work I emailed a few days before to check arrival time and to confirm I had all the items needed etc to be told his wife is in hospital. Fair enough he says he will come the next week instead. Waited no email did not turn up I didn’t even bother chasing as looking at reviews he has done this to a couple of people and on his fb he shows pictures of jobs he did when he was supposed to be at mine. Seems if a bigger job comes along he will just go with that and not bother with what he has booked in already.
