Simon and his wonderful team have now completed three projects on our house over a period of 6 years. These projects ranged from total redesigning and refitting of three bathrooms, changes to the layout of several rooms within the house and finally the conversion of attached side garage and extension to the side of the house and total refurbishment and change of layout of our existing kitchen and breakfast room, allowing us to have a big island as well as a 12 seater oak table for when we have all the family over for a meal, with plenty of space all around. He also suggested to us that we install 2 sets of 3.6 metre Bifolds and this has massively opened up our kitchen and breakfast area with so much natural daylight. As a result of his work we now have a house where every room is used fully and productively and is much admired by those that visit. So much more space has been created for us, all because of Property Excellence. Each project has allowed us to engage Simon in very helpful conversations as to what we think we would like, what would work and what his ideas would be for achieving the maximum benefit and all within our budget. It is obvious from the very first conversation you have with him that he has extensive knowledge and experience in the building industry and this is reflected in his high level of work and expectations of the completed project. Nothing is ever a problem for him and his team. They are always happy to offer constructive advice. It is very easy to build a positive relationship with him and his team. They are always punctual, tidy and concentrate solely on your project, not wandering off to others at the same time. Being a member of The Federation of Master Builders reflects his very high standards and expectations of his work.
